				The Election Day
Complaint Team at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s
				Office
				610-278-3146.. They
work with county and local law enforcement and others to protect

				prosecute violations of election law.

				Violations of the Help
America Vote Act (HAVA) can be reported on forms available
				at

				http://www.votespa.com/portal/server.pt/community/complaints/12589
This is for issues regarding voting system standards,
accessibility issues for individuals with disabilities,
provisional voting, voter information requirements or the
				statewide voter registration database.
Voters don’t have the right to go to court to enforce
violations of HAVA, but a complaint may be settled after the
fact, which may particularly help in the future.

				The Dept of State
				complaint form  is at

				https://www.pavoterservices.state.pa.us/Pages/ReportElectionComplaints.aspx
for registered voters. The PA Department of State, which
oversees all elections in the Commonwealth, says it has no
jurisdiction in these matters and will refer them to the
				relevant county election board.
