Chapter 108. NUISANCES
G. To nail, tack, hang or otherwise
append any sign, notice or advertisement of any kind whatsoever
on any tree, post or pole of any description within the
township, except on private property
and then only by permission of the owner.
Parks Playgrounds and School District Grounds
Chapter 115. A 20 "No placard,
advertisement, public notice or personal
card except park and playground notices, rules and
shall be distributed, posted or affixed in any manner
in a park or playground." So it's prohibited by default.
Chapter 115. B 16 says: No
placards, advertisements, public notices or
personal cards shall be distributed, posted or
to buildings or appurtenances on school district grounds.
